Allmänna villkor

Dessa villkor reglerar din tillgång till och användning av allt innehåll, produkter och tjänster som finns tillgängliga på SHOWMAXI.COM

webbplats (“Tjänsten”) som drivs av SHOWMAXI (“oss,” “vi,” eller “vår”), en ledande leverantör av Nordic IPTV-tjänster.

Din tillgång till våra tjänster är föremål för ditt godkännande, utan ändringar, av alla villkor som finns häri och alla andra driftsregler och policyer som publiceras och som kan komma att publiceras från tid till annan av oss.

Vänligen läs avtalet noggrant innan du använder våra tjänster. Genom att få tillgång till eller använda någon del av våra tjänster, samtycker du till att vara bunden av dessa villkor. Om du inte samtycker till någon del av villkoren i avtalet får du inte använda våra tjänster.

Immateriella rättigheter

Avtalet överför inte från oss till dig någon av våra eller tredje parts immateriella rättigheter, och alla rättigheter, titlar och intressen i och till sådan egendom förblir (mellan parterna) enbart hos SHOWMAXI och dess licensgivare. Som en ledande leverantör av IPTV Sverige-tjänster skyddar vi noggrant vårt varumärke och innehåll.

Tredjepartstjänster

När du använder våra tjänster kan du använda tredjepartstjänster, produkter, programvara, inbäddningar eller applikationer utvecklade av en tredje part (“Tredjepartstjänster”).

Om du använder någon Tredjepartstjänst förstår du att:

All användning av en Tredjepartstjänst sker på egen risk, och vi ansvarar inte för tredje parts webbplatser eller tjänster. Du bekräftar och samtycker till att vi inte ska vara ansvariga för någon skada eller förlust som orsakats eller påstås ha orsakats av eller i samband med användningen av något sådant innehåll, varor eller tjänster som finns tillgängliga på eller genom sådana webbplatser eller tjänster.

Konton

Där användningen av någon del av våra tjänster kräver ett konto, samtycker du till att tillhandahålla oss fullständig och korrekt information när du registrerar dig för ett konto hos en av Sveriges bästa IPTV-tjänster.

Du kommer att vara ensamt ansvarig för all aktivitet som sker under ditt konto. Du är ansvarig för att hålla din kontoinformation uppdaterad och för att hålla ditt lösenord säkert.

Du är ansvarig för att upprätthålla säkerheten för det konto som du använder för att få tillgång till tjänsten. Du ska inte dela eller missbruka dina inloggningsuppgifter. Du måste meddela oss omedelbart om all obehörig användning av ditt konto eller när du blir medveten om något annat säkerhetsbrott.

Uppsägning

Vi kan avsluta eller stänga av din tillgång till alla eller någon del av våra tjänster när som helst, med eller utan orsak, med eller utan förvarning, med omedelbar verkan.

Om du vill säga upp avtalet eller ditt SHOWMAXI-konto kan du helt enkelt sluta använda våra tjänster som erbjuder högkvalitativ Nordic IPTV.

Alla bestämmelser i avtalet som till sin natur bör överleva uppsägning ska överleva uppsägning, inklusive, utan begränsning, äganderättsbestämmelser, garantifriskrivningar, skadestånd och ansvarsbegränsningar.

Ansvarsfriskrivning

Våra tjänster tillhandahålls på basis av “SOM DE ÄR” och “SOM TILLGÄNGLIGA”. SHOWMAXI och dess leverantörer och licensgivare frånsäger sig härmed alla garantier av något slag, uttryckliga eller underförstådda, inklusive, utan begränsning, garantier för säljbarhet, lämplighet för ett särskilt ändamål och icke-intrång. Varken SHOWMAXI eller dess leverantörer och licensgivare garanterar att våra tjänster kommer att vara felfria eller att tillgången till dem kommer att vara kontinuerlig eller oavbruten. Du förstår att du laddar ner från eller på annat sätt får innehåll eller tjänster genom våra tjänster efter eget gottfinnande och risk.

Jurisdiktion och tillämplig lag

Förutom i den utsträckning någon tillämplig lag föreskriver annat, kommer avtalet och all tillgång till eller användning av våra tjänster att regleras av lagarna i USA.

Lämplig plats för eventuella tvister som uppstår ur eller i samband med avtalet och all tillgång till eller användning av våra tjänster kommer att vara de statliga och federala domstolarna i USA.

Ändringar

SHOWMAXI förbehåller sig rätten att, efter eget gottfinnande, ändra eller ersätta dessa villkor när som helst. Som leverantör av bästa IPTV-tjänster strävar vi efter att hålla våra användarvillkor aktuella.

Om vi gör ändringar som är väsentliga, kommer vi att meddela dig genom att publicera på vår webbplats eller genom att skicka dig ett e-postmeddelande eller annan kommunikation innan ändringarna träder i kraft. Meddelandet kommer att ange en rimlig tidsperiod efter vilken de nya villkoren träder i kraft.

Om du inte samtycker till våra ändringar bör du sluta använda våra tjänster inom den angivna meddelandeperioden eller när ändringarna träder i kraft.

Din fortsatta användning av våra tjänster kommer att vara föremål för de nya villkoren.

Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

**Intellectual Property**

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of our or third-party intellectual property, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with SHOWMAXI and its licensors.

**Third-Party Services**

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third Party Services”).

If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:

Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services.
You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

**Accounts**

Where the use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.

You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.

**Termination**

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your SHOWMAXI account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

**Disclaimer**

Our Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. SHOWMAXI and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither SHOWMAXI nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from or otherwise obtain content or services through our Services at your own discretion and risk.

**Jurisdiction and Applicable Law**

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the USA.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in the USA.

**Changes**

SHOWMAXI reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.

Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
